Tell President Biden: Pardon ALL Non-Violent Cannabis Offenses Now
It’s been well over a year since President Biden took office, and his administration has done NOTHING to change federal cannabis policy. This is in spite of the fact that, on the campaign trail, he promised to deliver on cannabis reform.
However, Biden took a small step forward last month when he commuted the sentences of 75 individuals convicted of low-level drug offenses, including nine people who were granted clemency for nonviolent cannabis-related convictions.
But nine people is not enough. That’s why we’re urging President Biden to issue a MASS PARDON for all of those convicted of nonviolent federal cannabis offenses.
President Biden has the power to begin repairing some of the harms of cannabis prohibition. Let’s demand that he exercise that power. Please join us by signing our petition today.
