Garret Overstreet, based in Oklahoma, currently working for the Marijuana Policy Project as the Web Developer and helping with IT Support, where he plays a crucial role in advocating for cannabis policy reform nationwide. Garret’s journey in the cannabis policy movement began in 2005 in Joplin, Missouri, and led to the founding of Tulsa NORML in 2008. Since then, he has collaborated with NORML and numerous of its chapters, Students for Sensible Drug Policy, and other leading organizations in drug policy reform.
As a full-stack developer, Garret specializes in building websites and web applications for various businesses and non-profits, primarily in the cannabis space. When hes not coding or volunteering, Garret enjoys writing and producing music, blending his technical skills with his creative passions.
